In the instructions you fill out you must specify the date you want the order be delivered or send us an e-mail, If you don't specify the date of your order this will be delivered the same day if your order arrived before 12:00 and next day if we received it later than noon

Because floral products are a delicate and perishable nature, we trust our customers will handle the product appropriately
