    The orders can be done from any place of the world
  2. How can I place an order at Delejos.com?
    It is very easy, you just have to choose the product you prefer then make a click on the 'order now' link. Then you just follow the instructions and fill out the information requested
  3. How do I know my order has been delivered?
    You will receive a notification by e-mail
  4. When is my order delivered?
    In the instructions you fill out you must specify the date you want the order be delivered or send us an e-mail, If you don't specify the date of your order  this will be delivered the same day if your order arrived before 12:00 and next day if we received it later than noon
  5. How can I pay my order?
    You can pay with credit cards or with your Paypal account
  6. Which credit cards are accepted?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through Paypal
  7. Does the order have additional cost?
    The prices don't include shipping cost. That will depend of the delivery city and it is shown in delivery information page.

    Yes. We use a SSL server that decodes all your billing information
  9. Do you have a customer satisfaction policy?
    Delejos.com guarantees all its products to be of the highest quality. Consumer can be confident about the freshness and ripeness of every flower arrangement or product we sell. If for any reason our product do not satisfy the buyer we will gladly refund all charges or replace the products after receiving a letter with the reasons for the refund until 3 days after the order was sent. Because floral products are a delicate and perishable nature, we trust our customers will handle the product appropriately

    Delejos.com will try to make the delivery later in the day if this situation persists we will communicate it to you

    Yes if you made the order before noon
