1) Object of the service DELEJOS.COM
DELEJOS.COM, is a WORLDNET FLOWERS LLC domain.
WORLDNET FLOWERS LLC was created to carry a message of love or friendship. The buyer will not be able to send minatory messages, blackmail or insults. WORLDNET FLOWERS reserves the right to deliver or not an order when these terms might be compromised
2) Object of the service
The service of WORLDNET FLOWERS is to deliver flowers or gifts and its message ordered by the customer to a specific address and in a specific date.
3) Description of the services and products offered by WORLDNET FLOWERS LLC in the site www.delejos.com
The products details are specified in the web page. As florist products are perishable items some complementary flowers may be substitute. The main product will not be substituted without customer consent. Other non floral products like gourmet baskets, gift baskets, fruit baskets, cakes may vary brandas or composition according city availability
In case of plants, bosai, or season flowers, in case these are not available will be replaced for the most similar ones.

5) Claims
In the event that you want to communicate a claim this should be done until 3 days after delivery to info@delejos.com or by phone to the number above.
If the claim is justified and after verification we will refund your money, we reserve the right to retire the delivered product for making the refund
6) Price.
The price of each item is shown in USD and does not include cost of delivery. This cost is displayed in the Delivery information page.
7) Delivery.
The orders will be delivered in the address specified by the customer, therefore WORLDNET FLOWERS LLC does not assume any responsibility when the delivery cannot be performed as a result of that the information supplied is wrong or incomplete in this case we will contact with the customer to solve this situation. Also WORLDNET FLOWERS LLC does not assume any responsibility when the delivery cannot be fulfilled for absence of the Recipient.
8) Day of delivery
The deliveries are Monday through Sunday according the location. In the order form the customer must specify the date the order has to be delivered. If the date is not specified or it is wrong the order will be delivered the same day if the order arrived before 12:00 and next day if we receive it later than noon..Usually for sunday deliveries where available the orders must be done before saturday noon.
